The Gods Must be Crazy

Many ancient people believed in a Pantheon of gods that ruled over the world.  Such gods were responsible for fertility, war, the harvest, the oceans, the sun, and the underworld.  Oftentimes, these gods had very human-like traits and
interesting personalities.  In this class, students will become familiar with the myths surrounding the various gods of ancient people and look for parallels
between different cultures.
